Return & Refund Policy

We offer a self-return policy for our customers.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

1. Self Return Required

Customers must initiate and send the return from their side.
We do not provide pickup service for returns.

 

2. Return Charges

In case of a return, the refund amount will be ₹200 less than the product price.
This deduction covers:

  • Packaging
  • Handling
  • Quality check
  • Processing charge

 

3. Condition of Returned Product

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

 

4. Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund (after ₹200 deduction) will be processed within 3–5 working days.
