Exchange Policy – Navdeep Creation

At Navdeep Creation, we offer an Exchange Policy Only. We do not offer a general return or refund facility.

Exchange Eligibility

We provide free exchanges only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged.

The product received is different from the product ordered.

2. Free Exchange

If your order meets the above conditions, we will exchange the product free of cost, with no additional exchange charges.

3. Exchange Process

Contact our customer support and report the issue with clear photos or videos of the received product.

Once the issue is verified and the exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped after 2 days.

Our courier partner will arrange pickup of the original product.

4. Product Condition

Please keep the original product, tags, packaging, and accessories intact until the pickup is completed, wherever applicable.

5. No General Returns or Refunds

We do not accept general returns or offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Exchanges are available for products received damaged or different from the product ordered, subject to verification and applicable consumer-protection laws.
